At what
resolution and format should my photos be?
You
should make sure that your photos are saved as JPEGs at 300 DPI.
Remember: Better quality photos make a better presentation.
You may already know the exact
pictures you'd like to include in your DVD Slideshow, but here
are some additional tips that may help.

Choose pictures that are candid
and show character.

Choose a mix between close ups and
group photos

Choose photos that show the most
important stages in someone’s life

Stay away from photos that are too
small or out of focus

When is payment due?
At
the time of order submission. You may send along a check or
money order, for the full amount made payable to Montage in
Motion with your pictures, songs and order form, or you may
choose to use PayPal.

When will I receive my Montage in
Motion?
Approximately 2 weeks from when we receive your package.
Your
originals will be returned at this time. It is very important
that you leave plenty of time if this is to be shown at a
special event. Be sure to leave time in the rare event that a
revision is needed. Rush orders are
available.

Can I match
certain photos to certain songs?
We
will do our best to make it the way you request. To ensure a
smooth flow it may be necessary to change the order. It also
depends on how long the song choice plays.

How long will each photo
be displayed?
It
depends on how many song choices you have and the length of each
song. Usually each photo will be shown somewhere between 2-6
seconds, and will be determined according to total length of all
songs.

Can I use my Montage in
Motion on a laptop with a projector?
Yes, your Montage in Motion
should be able play on a DVD compatible computer. Depending on
your computer you should be able to attach a digital projector
and display the Montage on a screen or flat wall.

Can I use just one song?
We
can use only one song if you would like it to loop (play over
and over). Depending on the amount of photos you would like, we
can have each photo be displayed longer. Choose the song you
would like, and once we receive your package, we will know
better how to arrange the photos to the song and will contact
you with options.

Do you edit my photos?
If
we feel that minor color correction will help the look of the
slideshow, we can do that. If any other minor touch-up is needed
we can do it for an additional fee.

Can I
have a Montage made with more than 125 photos?
Yes,
