montage. If digital, be sure to number those if you want
them in a certain order. If they are not numbered we will
put them in a random order.

Choose song/songs you would like. If you have a legally
purchased copy, send it (or them) along with the photos.
Otherwise we can purchase it for you, at an additional fee.

Fill out the order
form and print it.

Make out a check or money order payable to
Montage
in Motion. You can
also pay with

Package up together:
Photos/CD of photos, CD's of song choices, order form, and
payment. Be sure to package them to ensure they won't be
damaged during shipping.
